1. Return and Refund Eligibility
- Return Period: You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for most items. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, digital products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
2. Conditions for Return
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, visit our website at store.classbit.in/returns and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and contact details.
- Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
4. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- Classbit’s Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Requests: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- CLASSBIT EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by CLASSBIT EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take up to 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.
